How do our contests work?

Every month, a new theme will stand central. This theme will be related to entrepreneur Elon Musk’s companies: Tesla, SpaceX, Solar City, Neuralink, Hyperloop, or The Boring Company. These companies individually stand for a better future, just as CyberBlessings does.

Every month, the members will review the monthly drawings submitted between the 1st at 0:00 GMT and the 20th at 23:59 GMT in the theme that will be announced on the website’s blog section as well as online through the Cyberblessings Twitter account.

The members of the CyberBlessings initiative will then review every drawing submitted electronically for the next 5 days from the 21st at 00:00 GMT to the 24th at 23:59 GMT and vote for the 4 most creative drawings. Drawing skills play a marginal role in voting; creativity is where it’s about.

Then from the 25th to the 28th, members of the public will have 3 days to vote for their favorite drawings on Twitter. The Monthly Cyberblessings winner will be the one who gets the most votes.

Every year, the members will review the monthly drawings and will vote for the Winner of the year (more details will be provided in the future).

The Monthly Cyberblessings Winner will receive a certificate from the initiative which can be printed at home. 25 trees will be planted in the name of the child, via the TeamTrees organization. Additional prizes may be awarded (see Requirements below).

Sample, shown as an example.

Every one of the other 3 competing drawings’ nominees will have 5 trees planted under their name & will also receive a Nomination certificate from the initiative which can be printed at home.

The Yearly Cyberblessings Winner will receive a Grand Prize (Over $250 value at the time of writing) and a Winner of the Year certificate.

We will plant trees for every other child whose nominated drawing was selected for the Cyberblessings annual vote. They will get a nomination certificate as well as 50 trees planted under their name.

What are the requirements for participation?

The competition is for artists who are 12 years old or younger. We expect that the applicant will be honest as dishonesty means that a child would be deprived of an opportunity to help us make this world a better one.

Children across the entire world can participate, but some prizes could be excluded based on but not limited to international restrictions or elevated shipping costs. In the event of such an exclusion, extra trees are going to be planted in the name of the child for the same approximate value.

Only one drawing related to the monthly theme can be submitted per month.

The child can win the Monthly Cyberblessings Award at MOST once per year.

The first submitted drawing counts for the Monthly award unless the wrong document is accidentally submitted. In this case, please contact CyberBlessings.
